Please Note: The following condition applies to any user using our Site or are product line. You agree to be legally bound by these conditions of Use and all applicable laws and regulations governing our site.
Pricing Policy:
All pricing will be in US dollars. Changes in pricing will be updated on web site and price list; otherwise the prices shown on either/or will be given. Dealers can combine batteries or accessories in order to obtain the next price break but batteries and accessories cannot be combined for the price break.
Payment Terms:
ProStarbatteries offers 4 ways of payment. For North America, net 30 days from the day the invoice is made with pre-approved credit. C.O.D will also be available upon request. ProStarbatteries accepts all major credit cards such as VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and American Express. Also, Money Orders are accepted. All bounced check will be charged/ debited from your account for the amount of $30.00.
Freight Policy:
Unless specific instructions are received from the customer, shipments will be made via UPS Ground/USPS with shipping and handling fees added to the invoice. For International Shipment ProStarbatteries will provide the customer with various shipping methods so that the most affordable and preferable one can be used.
Freight Claims:
Upon the acceptance of shipments from the freight carrier, it becomes the purchaser's obligation to submit loss or damage claims directly to the carrier. If there are mistakes on the order, such as wrong items ordered product or no longer needed. There will be no reimbursement for shipping. Any other inquiry will be decided upon ProStarbatteries.
Returns:
A Return Authorization Number (RMA#) must be obtained from
ProStarbatteries' SALES DEPARTMENT at 1800-656-8636 or via
e-mail at sales@prostarbatteries.com prior to returning
any product. This RMA# must be written clearly on the outside
on the return box (es) or the shipment may be refused by ProStarbatteries
receiving department. ProStarbatteries’ has a 30 day money
back guarantee (Please note this covers all non-defective
Return Request). Any other inquiry will be decided upon management.
Return request must fall under the following guidelines:
• Proof of purchase is required
• Return request must be received by Prostar Batteries within 15 DAYS
• Merchandise must be unused, and resalable condition
• Refunds will be issued relative to original payment method
Warranty:
All of our products have a one year warranty from date of purchase, which means from the day the invoice was issued, except radios, Eliminators, and microphones have a 6 month warranty. Items will be repaired, replaced, exchanged within this 1 year limit. Any product that has been purposely damaged will be sent back.
NOTE: All Rental Dealers have 1 month warranty; if product looks purposely damaged it will be sent back.
Return or Unwanted Shipments:
Within 30 days from the invoice date, you may refuse and return merchandise if is applicable. However, there will be a 25% restocking fee. Freight charge will not be refunded.
